- Every year, Demos gathers with our friends, partners, and allies to reflect on our accomplishments and re-commit ourselves to the important work ahead: generating new ideas, the research to support them, and the actions to realize them to help all Americans benefit in our economy and participate fully in our democracy. Demos will be holding this year's Transforming America Awards and Gala on Thursday, May 30, 2013 from 6:00-9:00pm at Capitale in New York City.
- This celebration also gives us the opportunity to honor a select group of individuals whose work challenges our country to live up to the true meaning of democracy: a place where all Americans have an equal voice and an equal chance.
